Cool URIs don't change
After reading the nice article from Tim Berners-Lee Cool URIs don't change I decided to try to make my websites cool.
So you should NOT stumble upon any 404-file not found when bookmarking pages on my sites. If I add a file, page, graphic or otherwise it will stay.
The only exception might be that I put directories called tmp or temp in my files sections - a place to drop things for a short while. The typical use would be for a single person to download something from me.
So I will either keep the pages running, or insert a short pointer to the new location - for people to update their bookmarks.
